  • Personalized invitation for you to share with guests
  • Additional 30 minutes before the party for setup and decoration
  • 3-hour time slots

Feel free to bring your own food, desserts, lawn games, inflatables, water activities, or any other entertainment you wish.

  • Escape Room: $35 per group of 10
  • Archery: $35 per hour
  • Rock Climbing: $75 per hour
  • Zip Lining: $100 per hour (12 years and older)
  • Low Ropes: $50 per hour
  • Large Group Games: $25 per hour
  • Pool with Lifeguard: $50 per hour
  • Waterfront with Lifeguard (Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boards): $100 per hour
  • Indoor Rec Room (Foosball, couches, fireplace, ping pong, tables): $50 for the same time frame as Rec Barn

Note:

Signage will be set up for guests to follow.
Parking is available near the Rec Barn.
Guests are required to fill out a waiver for activities, which will be provided to you for distribution.

Cancellation Policy and Payment

  • Deposit: A $50 deposit is due at the time of reservation.
  • Balance: Any remaining balance is to be paid on the date of the party.
  • Cancellations:
    • More than 48 hours before the party: Full refund.
    • Within 48 hours of the party: $50 deposit is non-refundable, but any additional pre-paid activities will be refunded.
  • Payment Methods: Cash, check, Venmo, or credit card.
