Our Event Center is a beautiful building with many purposes perfectly located overlooking East Lake Okoboji. Upstairs our Dining Hall seats 200 with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake with a wraparound deck. There is ramp access, bathrooms, a walk-in cooler/freezer, ice maker, AC, and WIFI. We provide 24 round tables that seat 8 each, 9 6ft. rectangle tables, a fireplace with firewood, and a coffee station. You can also reserve our hot/cold tables, AV equipment, table clothes, and golf cart.
We welcome you to bring your own food, caterer, or have us cook for you. Alcohol is allowed as long as all state and federal laws are followed. If you are selling Alcohol you are required to obtain a liquor license.
The lower level has 2 rooms, bathrooms, and more great views of the lake, and walk out access to the great lawn.
Weddings- Friday 3pm to Sunday 11am Whole Event Center and outdoor space
April – October $1,600
November – March $1000
Events- Graduation Parties, Anniversary Dinners, Celebrations
Whole Event Center 1 day (12 hour period) $600
Upper Event Center $75 per hour or $500 12 hour period
Lower Event Center with Lawn $25 hour or $300 for 12 hour period.
Limited availability for 1 day events during Wedding Season.
Reserving and Cancellations
To reserve the Event Center we will need contact information and a credit card to hold the reservation. Payment is due at arrival.
We have a no cancellation policy within 6 months of weddings and 30 days within 1 day events.
